The structure uses 100×100 mm hot-dip galvanized columns, 72×72 mm bottom frame, 50×50 mm arcs and purlins, and a 1 mm GI gutter between bays. The roof is clad with 150 GSM UV-stabilized woven polyethylene, diffused with anti-drip properties; side curtains are UV-stabilized poly with electric roll-up motors above 40-mesh insect net. A PLC, geared motor drive system, and weather/PAR/rain/wind/CO2 sensors deliver fully automated roof retraction and climate control.
