Prepare planting material
Cuttings or nursery material are selected and prepared for rooting in trays or root trainers with the suitable medium.
This section explains the nursery workflow around Eucalyptus and Poplar clonal growth chambers, rooting, and hardening before listing the supply items.
The products below connect with the workflow on this page. Share the project details from the process section and BLUSTAL can map the right configuration to the requirement.

The BLUSTAL Clonal Growth Chamber is a controlled-environment unit designed to facilitate successful rooting of eucalyptus and poplar stem cuttings in clonal production. It provides optimal temperature, humidity and light conditions that enhance root induction and promote uniform plant development. Customised sizes are available as per the production capacity required. Key facilities include polycarbonate/polyfilm cladding or glass walls for insulation and light diffusion, a modular mist chamber or fogging unit, a double-door airlock entry to reduce contamination, and tiered benches or racks to hold rooting trays. Integrated misting, lighting and ventilation are timer- or PLC-controlled for precision and consistency, ensuring a high rooting percentage, faster callusing and lower mortality of delicate cuttings.

The BLUSTAL Hardening Chamber is a critical unit in eucalyptus and poplar clonal production, used to gradually acclimatize rooted cuttings (clones) to ambient environmental conditions after successful rooting in the mist chamber. This process strengthens plant tissues, promotes root development and prepares the clones for field conditions. Rooted cuttings from the mist chamber are delicate and accustomed to high humidity; if exposed directly to outdoor environments they may suffer shock, wilting or mortality. The hardening chamber provides a transition phase that increases survival and field performance. It is built as a shade or net house with partial weather protection using UV-stabilised shade nets or insect-proof netting, with raised benches or ground beds for good drainage.

The range covers clonal growth chambers, hardening chambers, root trainers, and planting accessories for Eucalyptus and Poplar clonal production.
The nursery process moves planting material through preparation, rooting, protected growth, hardening, and transfer. The chamber equipment exists to keep that movement controlled.
Cuttings or nursery material are selected and prepared for rooting in trays or root trainers with the suitable medium.
The clonal growth chamber supports the early rooting stage by protecting the material from stress while roots establish.
After rooting, plants are shifted into hardening conditions so they can adjust before dispatch or field transfer.
The hardened plants are organized for nursery movement, plantation work, or project supply.
Protected environment for early rooting and clonal establishment.
Transition environment for rooted plants before transfer.
Structured trays used to guide root-zone development.
Support items used across the propagation workflow.
